Seeds to Spice is operated by Seeds to Spice Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our Products
We make and sell small-batch food seasoning products, including our Trinity Blend braai spice.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, allergen information, weights and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Because our products are produced and packed in small batches, minor variations in appearance, texture or colour may occur.
Please always check the product packaging for the most current ingredient, allergen, storage and product information before consuming the product.
3. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Food allergy information is provided on the relevant product page and product packaging.
Our products may contain, or may have been produced or packed in an environment where other allergens are present. Please read the allergen information carefully before purchasing or consuming our products.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance and are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us before placing an order.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Delivery charges are shown separately and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been submitted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity; or
we are unable to deliver to the address supplied.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be securely processed by third-party payment providers. Seeds to Spice does not store your complete payment-card details.
Your order will not be dispatched until any required payment has been successfully processed.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Kingdom.
Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout.
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly. Any delivery times provided are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. If there is a significant problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.
Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend it where the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
Seeds to Spice cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where required by law.
8. Cancellations & Returns
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances and the nature and condition of the product.
If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For food safety reasons, we may be unable to accept a returned food product once it has been opened or its seal or packaging has been broken where a legal exception to the cancellation right applies.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your legal rights.
9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive an incorrect product.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue.
Where you are legally entitled to a remedy, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
10. Product Availability
Our products are made and released in small batches and may occasionally sell out.
Adding a product to your shopping bag does not reserve it. Availability is only confirmed when your order is accepted.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including the Seeds to Spice name, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics and written content — belongs to Seeds to Spice Ltd or is used by us with permission.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, knowingly introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
